SMU will assign required training courses to employees for several reasons. These could include requirements for federal and state law, SMU Policy, job-specific training, or training that supports the values and/or mission of the University. To manage these important employee-required training modules, SMU utilizes the Vector Solutions platform.
Tips for Training Success
- Ensure your web browser is up-to-date.
- Try clearing your web browser's cache if you have issues with a course.
- If you have trouble advancing in a course, make sure you have clicked on all required interactive portions of the current page!
