Microsoft Intune is a cloud device management platform used to securely manage, configure, and support University-managed devices. Enrollment into Intune is part of SMU’s modern device management strategy, replacing reliance on traditional management tools while preserving productivity and security.

Jamf enables us to resolve IT issues, enhance security, and configure devices. In addition, Jamf provides self-service access to an app catalog that empowers you to install University-licensed software that you need, when it’s convenient for you.
