New Wireless Access Points Beef Up Signals in Commons



This summer, we deployed new wireless access points (APs) in several locations on campus to handle our ever-growing wireless traffic and set the stage for future features.

Revised Event Forms Launched



We have implemented a few changes to the existing events form to incorporate the approval process for serving alcohol as well as engaging vendors not on the SMU preferred vendors list.

As of July 28, 2022, Microsoft Team users are now able to take advantage of transcription services for Microsoft Teams Meeting recordings.

Updated Payroll Tools Make Time Reporting Easier



my.SMU has received updates that will simplify your time reporting experience. In addition, bi-weekly benefit-eligible employees will now be able to report their leave directly within the system!
