 Kelsey Hannan

Research Interests: Kelsey studies the risk and protective factors associated with mental health outcomes following childhood exposure to trauma. She is particularly interested in how identified protective factors for resilience can be used to inform clinical practices for children and adolescents.

Road to the Moody School: Kelsey graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in psychology with a clinical concentration. At Boston College she first became involved with research, completing her honors thesis with the Cooperation Lab. Following her undergraduate education, she worked as a full-time research assistant for the Johns Hopkins Center for Reproductive Mental Health and then transitioned to Tufts Medical Center’s Center for Community-Engaged Medicine.
