Bridwell Library loaned manuscripts, printed books, and artifacts for the Meadows Museum exhibition, Fossils to Film: The Best of SMU’s Collections. They are available for viewing in this online exhibition, and will remain on extended exhibit at the Museum through August 9, 2021.

Engaged with Books: Photographs Over Time

Fondren Library West, Hillcrest Exhibit Hall 

An exhibit of some 200 photographs of people in the act of reading, holding or otherwise engaged with books or printed matter. Open to the public from September 9 to November 12, 2021.

Curatorial Minds Lab

Hamon Arts Library, Hawn Gallery

A gathering (online/on-campus) of SMU alumni and current students interested in deepening their understanding of the historical development of curatorial practices and the study of contemporary art display and theory/practice including exhibition typologies and curatorial models.
