SMU utilizes the Vector Solutions Learning Management System to provide required training to employees and job-specific training to individuals and departments. These include federal and state law requirements, SMU Policy, job-specific training, or training that supports the University's values and mission.

If you encounter issues while using the Vector Solutions LMS, you should:
- ensure your web browser is up-to-date.
- try clearing your web browser's cache if you have issues with a course.
- make sure you have clicked on all required interactive portions of the current page before advancing in the course.
- verify that you are currently registered as an employee or matriculated as student to have access to the Vector Solutions platform
