Here's a quick guide to verify your SMU enrollment. Log in via my.SMU or — if you need verification before the term starts — email registrar@smu.edu. If you're a former student, email the National Student Clearinghouse at service@studentclearinghouse.org.

1098-T tax form

Get your tax information online by logging into Heartland ECSI by Dec. 31, or wait for a paper copy to arrive by Jan. 31. Non-resident alien students must request their 1098-T directly from SMU by March 1.

Third-party and special billing
