Jen Little is a public relations and community leader currently serving as the General Manager of Texas at FleishmanHillard. Before stepping into this role, she was an Executive Vice President in Corporate Affairs and Texas Market Leader at Burson in addition to leadership and client management roles at three global PR agencies: MWWPR, Edelman and Ketchum. Her background includes more than 30 years of communication experience in a variety of industries including retail, food & beverage, restaurants, sports, nonprofits and consumer technology. Little has worked extensively in narrative development, brand building campaigns, national and local earned media strategy, issues/crisis management, and community programs.

An award-winning public relations educator, Little is an adjunct professor at SMU and was previously a lecturer at the University of Texas at Arlington. She enjoys mentoring students and young professionals as they launch their careers. As an advocate for future generations, she also founded Little Hands Book Bank, a nonprofit organization that collects and distributes gently used books to provide to underserved children in North Texas. A graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, Little majored in broadcast news and earned her master’s degree in communications studies from Indiana State University.
