Bora Laci
Bora Laci is a Manager at North Highland with more than 14 years of experience spanning communications, marketing, management consulting and business strategy. She also serves as an adjunct lecturer in SMU’s Corporate Communication and Public Affairs program, teaching CCPA 413 during the fall 2026 semester.
Laci earned a B.A. in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from SMU and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from SMU’s Cox School of Business. Her professional approach is grounded in building meaningful relationships and aligning business objectives with measurable impact.
An experienced strategist and communicator, Laci helps organizations navigate growth and transformation through stakeholder engagement, market positioning, investor relations and strategic storytelling. She is passionate about helping leaders and organizations communicate with clarity, build trust, and drive meaningful outcomes.
Beyond her consulting work, Laci mentors entrepreneurs, advises startups, and regularly serves as a judge for regional pitch competitions, supporting innovation across North Texas. Her speaking engagements focus on leadership, strategic communications, and the role of storytelling in driving organizational and community impact.
In 2022, Laci was recognized as a 20 Under 40 honoree by Park Cities People. She lives in Dallas and enjoys traveling, playing competitive pickleball, and exploring new ways to strengthen connections across the community.
