Grace Rodriguez

Grace Rodriguez is a first-year M.A. student in the Department of Art History at SMU. She graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2025 with a B.A. in English and Art History. She previously worked at Anne Neilson Fine Art in Charlotte, gaining experience in the commercial gallery field. Her research interests focus on devotional art, particularly late Medieval and Renaissance art in Italy and western Europe. She is especially interested in how religious art engaged the senses and encouraged embodied experiences.
