Basic Presentation Office/Conference Rooms

Funding for Office AV, Conference Room AV and other departmental meeting spaces is the requirement of the individual departments or schools. IT will work closely with the requestor to ensure the AV design meets the specified functions and fall within the desired budget.  It is the responsibility of the individual departments to ensure that equipment is replaced within a reasonable timeframe when it reaches end of life.

Video Conferencing/Lecture Capture Spaces

All faculty and staff have access to Teams and Zoom to facilitate video conference meetings.  For smaller venues, a simple webcam is all that may be needed to utilize these features.

During the summer of 2020, all official classrooms were equipped with the necessary technology to support Zoom meetings. Several venues are equipped with more robust technology to support video conferencing and lecture capture.
