Jamf Self-Service provides immediate access to download and install applications that are available for installation on your device. For software eligibility and how to request additional applications that you may not immediately see in self-service, please review our Software Availability page.
The migration process can be deferred up to a maximum of 14 times if the timing is not ideal.
Software updates and patching will usually be completed in the background, allowing you to work uninterrupted. Microsoft apps are updated monthly and will be installed on your workstation automatically, often times, Microsoft updates require that the applications be closed and you will see a prompt if this is required. For macOS updates, you will now see a prompt to update as OS updates are released. For more information on OS updates, see JAMF Nudge Application.
