5 Languages of Appreciation

The nature of motivation is different for everyone and yet underneath it all lay a set of values. We all have emotion tied to what makes us feel appreciated. A pat on the back, an award for our contribution, public recognition, or one on one time all are received differently by different people. Motivation is maximized when individuals receive their ideal form of praise, encouragement, or reward for their efforts.

This workshop helps managers, teams, and colleagues effectively communicate appreciation and encouragement, resulting in higher levels of job satisfaction, healthier relationships and decreased cases of burnout. You will learn:

  • The importance of appreciation
  • the 5 languages and what they mean
  • ways to put the 5 languages to work
  • how to apply the principles of appreciation
