Crucial Conversations Overview

Building strong relationships with others is critical to personal and organizational success. The Crucial Conversations model supports direct and effective conversations that allows open and honest dialogue leading to the results you are hoping to achieve.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn about the Crucial Conversations model
  • Understand how applying the model will change the impact of your conversations with others
  • Practice two simple skills to get started

Participants will receive the Crucial Conversations book to continue their learning after the overview session.
