Introduction to StrengthsQuest 1.0
Many of us in the professional world believe that to achieve success, we must focus our energy toward identifying and then eliminating our weaknesses. StrengthsQuest, a revolutionary program by The Gallup Organization, asserts that we can actually be more successful in our careers by striving to develop our talents into strengths rather than focusing only on the reduction of our weaknesses.
More than 2,000,000 interviews with people from virtually every profession, career, and field of achievement have yielded a simple, yet profound finding:
Top achievers understand their talents and strengths, and build their lives upon them.
This workshop is your opportunity to develop a working knowledge about StrengthsQuest and apply it in your own life; both professionally and personally.
Attend this workshop and you will learn how to:
- Develop their greatest talents into strengths
- Use their strengths to improve their work performance
- Strategically determine rewarding work and leisure activities
- Focus on their strengths rather than their weaknesses
