Web Editing
SMU uses a distributed content maintenance model. Each division or school appoints a marketing lead and web lead. The web leads coordinate additional web editors.
Need a change to a site you don't edit?
If you need content changed for a site you do not edit:
- Preferred: Contact the site's marketing lead or lead web editor.
- You may also contact the IT Help Desk if you need help finding the right contact.

Meet one-on-one with a web support professional to receive additional assistance. We can walk you through advanced tasks, such as updating navigation menus, linking to media items, and adding new features. Before signing up for a consultation, you must have taken a Sitecore Basics training course.
