Kerry Maguire is an artist, sound creator, writer and educator from Canada. She received her M.F.A. from The University of Texas at Austin and has taught at her alma mater and Texas State University. She also teaches community workshops in printmaking and sound arts.
SMU Division of Art Welcomes Two Visiting Lecturers
Visiting lecturers Ian Grieve and Kerry Maguire specialize in figurative painting and printmaking, respectively.
Ian Grieve is a visual artist currently living and working in Dallas, TX. He received his M.F.A. from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and his B.F.A. from the same. Though primarily a figurative painter, he also works in collage, ceramics and sculpture.
