IT Services and Support Now Available Through STABLE
You can request services and support for IT and several other departments through STABLE. When you log in, you will notice several new forms, options, and new communication enhancements.

Winter 2024 Security Report Now Available
This latest edition focuses on the evolution of cybersecurity over the last decade, from the improvements the campus has made for physical security to SMU's cybersecurity and how OIT has adapted.
2023: Championing Excellence Through Certification
We have continued to expand and grow participation in our MOS certification program, and with this past year, we have several milestones to celebrate, including successfully complete over 5,000 Microsoft certifications, adding several new courses requiring certification, and most of all, one of our SMU undergraduate students received the top certification score for the state of Texas.

Microsoft Teams Migration Project Enters Phase II
In the second part of January and running through February, Phase II of the Microsoft Teams Migration Project will begin with the exchange of desktop phones for headsets for any employees who requested one but were not able to get one as part of Phase I. We will also be deploying the Jabra speaker puck as part of this Phase.
OIT Begins the Move to XWiki
XWiki has been identified to be the replacement wiki solution for Wiki.SMU. The XWiki Implementation Project will oversee the migration to this new wiki environment with the timeline for launch in 2024.
