This is the 20th season that Rhonda Rompola has coached the SMU women's basketball team. When she's not on the court leading the players through drills, she's keeping herself in shape.
Fitness routine: I get up early for a water workout, wearing a weight vest in the deep end of my pool. I love being outdoors, too, so I usually get in a fast-pace walk in the morning and again at night. I also work out to dance videos.
Piece of equipment you can't live without: My infrared sauna
Shoes you wish you owned 10 pairs of: Adidas FitFoam sandals and my snakeskin-clog boots
Proudest exercise moment: Beating a reporter in full-court one-on-one after he said, "No female can ever beat me in basketball."
