Video game industry leaders shared their insights on evolving legal and business issues during the Games::Business::Law Summit, held January 27-28 at Southern Methodist University. Following are videos from the Summit's panel discussions and presentations:

  • Crossroads of Financial and Legal Issues in Digital Distribution - Mark Methenitis of The Vernon Law Group, PLLC, explores taxation and revenue generation with Robin Bynoe of Charles Russell, LLP, Sean F. Kane of Kane & Associates, LLC, and Jeffrey A. Levenstam of Ernst & Young, LLP.
  • Video Game Financing - David McCombs of the Institute for Law and Technology at The Center for American and International Law, recaps of summit highlights and introduces Roxanne Christ of Latham & Watkins, LLP, who leads a discussion on successfully managing the video game financing process with Keith Boesky of Boesky & Co., Alex Marquez of Intel Capital, and Stephanie O’Malley Deming of XLOC.
