Seeking Part-Time Adjunct Lecturers

SMU Dedman School of Law is looking for experienced practitioners to serve as part-time adjunct lecturers beginning during the 2021-2022 school year. We are looking for instructors to teach Employment Law, Law Practice Management, and Estate Planning and Practice. We are also interested in practitioners who could teach environmental law-related courses, Texas procedure courses, and in the areas of regulatory compliance and international compliance.

Applicants must have a law degree; an excellent academic record; and excellent research, writing, legal analysis, and communication skills. Demonstrated cultural competency or experience working with individuals from a wide array of backgrounds is required. At least three years of legal practice is required, and previous teaching experience is preferred.
