Courses that simulate lawyering activities allow students to practice and reflect on specific skills that prepare them to enter the legal profession with confidence. These courses combine expert practice, analytical thinking, and the development of professional identity. Some of the courses focus on litigation or transactional practices, while some help hone abilities that support success in any area. All are taught by thoughtful and experienced lawyers who love the opportunity to help guide the development of tomorrow’s lawyers.
Students who enrolled before Fall 2016 must satisfy the PS requirement. Students who enrolled Fall 2016 or later must satisfy the EL requirement. Students should refer to the catalog they enrolled under for more information.
