The 45th Annual Women's Symposium will be held at Southern Methodist University on March 3, featuring female sexual health expert Laura Berman as the principal speaker.
Theme of this year's symposium, held in SMU's Hughes-Trigg Student Center Ballroom, is Answers Empower: You Can Ask the Questions.
Berman, an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry and obstetrics/gynecology at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, has been working as a sex educator and therapist for 20 years. She is a columnist for the Chicago Sun-Times and coauthor of the New York Times best seller For Women Only: A Revolutionary Guide to Overcoming Sexual Dysfunction and Reclaiming Your Sex Life, Secrets of the Sexually Satisfied Woman: Ten Keys to Unlocking Ultimate Pleasure and The Passion Prescription. Her latest book, Real Sex for Real Women.
