Record-breaking snowfall blankets campus

February 11, 2010

An unexpectedly heavy snowfall Thursday and early Friday gave the SMU campus a break from classes, study and work to have some fun. Officially, 12.5 inches fell in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, setting records for the heaviest snowfall for the date, the heaviest single-day snowfall and the heaviest snowfall in a 24-hour period. Watch a video or see a slide show of the campus.
