Parade magazine asked top high school counselors across the nation to recommend "outstanding schools that often fly under the radar." SMU, as well as SMU's Cox School of Business and Meadows School of the Arts, made the College A-Lists published August 22.
"The Meadows School of the Arts at SMU is home to programs as diverse as art, advertising, music, and cooperative communication," Parade wrote in its Arts Programs A-List. "Meadows has an especially diverse faculty, and everyone makes the most of Dallas's rich art life. It is truly an exciting place with exciting people!"
”SMU’s Cox School of Business is excellent and accessible," Parade wrote in its Business and Accounting A-List. "The school provides a strong focus on international business, wonderful facilities, and students leave with great contacts.”
See the SMU listing under the 25 "Large Private Schools" selected by Parade's group of high school counselors. Also see the Cox listing and the Meadows listing, or read Parade's full story.
