Langston Hampton

Langston Hampton is a student at Southern Methodist University pursuing a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Law and Legal Reasoning. He is strongly interested in transactional law and commercial litigation, with a focus on understanding how legal frameworks intersect with business strategy and financial decision-making. Langston is actively involved in Mock Trial, where he develops courtroom advocacy, case analysis, and public speaking skills. He has also gained practical legal exposure through his experience with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, further reinforcing his interest in the legal field. In addition, he is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Black Business Association, and the Association of Black Students, where he engages in professional development, leadership, and community-building initiatives. Through his academic pursuits and extracurricular involvement, Langston is committed to building a strong foundation for success in law school and a future career in the legal profession.
