Ilo Takamatsu

Ilo Takamatsu is a senior at Southern Methodist University, majoring in Economics and English with departmental distinction. She is involved in the Pre-Law Scholars program, Phi Alpha Delta as Vice President, and Asian Council as a family leader. Since the summer of 2025, she has been interning at a Journey Forward Mentoring, a nonprofit for education.

Her current project is a portfolio for departmental distinction, which expands her previous work on decision-making in maintaining relationships.

In her free time Ilo enjoys going to concerts, running with friends, and cooking new food. After graduating, Ilo will be joining the Texas Financial Advisors team in Dallas.
