Carlson Firch

After graduation Carlson will be a Private Equity Analyst at TPG in San Francisco. He is a real estate finance and pre-law student at SMU focused on investing, development, and complex deal work. Carlson has worked at Ares, Article Student Living, and Huffines Communities, gaining experience across underwriting, capital structures, and large-scale real estate projects.  He also worked with LIV Golf on media and commercial strategy for Bryson DeChambeau and global events.  Carlson is president of the SMU Real Estate Club and a co-founder of RISE, and is planning to pursue a 2+2 MBA/JD to build a career in real estate private equity, development, and transactional law.
