Braden Freeman

Braden Freeman is a student at Southern Methodist University pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy, with a minor in Spanish, graduating in 2028. A President’s Scholar with a 4.00 GPA, he is actively involved in campus leadership as the Student Senate Finance Chair, where he oversees a $1.3 million budget and works closely with student organizations on financial planning and allocation. Braden also serves as the Internal Vice President of Beta Upsilon Chi, leading internal operations and strengthening organizational culture. Professionally, he has gained experience in public affairs and lobbying in Washington, D.C., where he supports policy research and strategic communications efforts. His academic and professional interests center on the intersection of finance, public policy, and economic growth.
