The Handbook for SMU Retired Faculty has been prepared by members of the SMU Retired Faculty Association with the assistance of the SMU Department of Human Resources, and is updated as needed.

Please note that official SMU Information on retirement policies can come only from the SMU Department of Human Resources. The Handbook is not an official SMU document. Please contact the Department with any questions as to current policies affecting retirees.
