Announcing the 2025 SMU Employee Climate Survey
Dear Faculty and Staff,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2025 SMU Employee Climate Survey, an important opportunity to share your insights and experiences as an employee. This survey will help us understand how we can continue to enhance our workplace environment and foster a supportive and welcoming culture across the Hilltop.
What to expect
- Survey structure: The survey includes a core section that takes less than 10 minutes to complete, along with optional sections for more detailed feedback. Topics include job satisfaction, work-life balance, leadership effectiveness, and your sense of belonging at SMU.
- Anonymity: All responses are completely anonymous, and no identifying information will be collected. Only general demographic data will be gathered to ensure feedback remains confidential.
- Impact: Your input matters. The insights gathered will help us identify new ways we can elevate the workplace culture at SMU.
