Mentorship at Lyle

Mentorship provides individuals with opportunities to connect with more experienced individuals in ways that promote both professional and personal growth and development. For engineering students, mentorship can provide students with access to hands-on industry experience and expertise from industry mentors from various educational and career backgrounds. Our mentors have unique experiences in various engineering fields, including (but not limited to) computer science, civil engineering, and data management science. Regardless of their background, our mentors work with our students to provide guidance, insight, and advice as they navigate their academic and professional goals.
