Faculty Payroll Schedule Form
If your contract is for less than 12 months and you want to be paid over 12 months, or if you wish to change your election for the next academic year (2021-2022), you will submit your election through my.SMU.
Please login to my.SMU and navigate to the Employee Self-Service homepage. Click the Faculty Pay Schedule Election tile. Complete the online form and submit it. You will receive a confirmation email that your election has been submitted.

Submit the online form no later than April 30, 2021 to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
If you are a current faculty member who elected to be paid over 12 months and you do not submit your election for the new academic year by April 30, your pay schedule will be changed to the 10 month option.
If you are a current faculty member who elected to be paid over 10 months, completion of a new election is optional. Your election to be paid over 10 months will remain in effect unless you make a change.
