Monse is double majoring in psychology and human rights, with double minors in Spanish and ethics. Her goal is to receive a PhD in clinical psychology. She intends to gain practice in the field of health psychology by being a clinical psychologist before pursuing a career in academia. She joined the Student Advisory Board to deepen her understanding of real-world ethics and apply this knowledge to her psychological practice. Discovering ethical yet practical ways to improve people’s lives is the bedrock of the research that she aims to conduct later in her profession. In the process, she intends to cultivate ethics on campus through her unique set of experiences in volunteering and leadership.
