Biographical Note

Oseni Abiri is a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in addiction medicine. He served as a global monitoring and evaluation fellow for CDC/ASPPH (Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health) in Abuja, Nigeria from 2012-2014.
