Biographical Note

Caroline Ryan worked for ten years in the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, where she helped develop PEPFAR. She was CDC Country Director for Eswatini from 2015 to 2021 before transitioning to become CDC Country Director for Ethiopia.
