Real Estate Specialization
The Real Estate specialization combines the study of finance and real estate to develop special competency in structuring real estate transactions, real estate valuation techniques and an in-depth understanding of the capital markets. Recent graduates have chosen careers in brokerage, capital markets, development, investment management, commercial lending and real estate valuation.
The specialization in Real Estate consists of four courses that complement any business major:
- RE 3381- Real Estate Fundamentals
- RE 4338- Real Estate Law
- RE 4382- Real Estate Markets and Valuation
- RE 4389- Real Estate Finance
Students with an interest in real estate are also encouraged to get involved in the Undergraduate Real Estate Club.
