Management Consulting Specialization

This specialization combines theoretical knowledge and tangible skills with consulting best practices to prepare students for real-world consulting challenges both internal to organizations and external with clients across a variety of industries. Courses for the specialization will not double count toward the business core or the majors’ requirements. No courses may be substituted for specialization courses.

The specialization in Management Consulting consists of four courses that complement any business major:

• MNO 2375- Managerial Problem Solving and Decision-Making
• MNO 4325- Design Thinking for Organizations
• MNO 4330- Management Consulting and Organizational Change
• MNO 4375- Organizational and Workforce Analytics
