Career Management Center (CMC) Services
All MBA students in the Cox online programs, Online MBA and MBA Direct, will have access to career coaching throughout their time in the program. Coaching will be offered in 1:1 sessions, small group sessions, or other programming depending on the needs of each student.
Services offered by the CMC include:

- LinkedIn page design and networking strategy
- Access to the fundamental course, Managing Your Career
- Career mapping
- Resume review and writing
- Interview prep and practice
- Salary negotiation guidance
Your career coach
Your career coach understands that you have a unique set of goals, and takes the time to understand your specific needs and ambitions by planning regular meetings throughout your student experience. You and your coach will work together to create a game plan, develop your personal brand, set benchmarks, review your resume, and build strategies for turning your dreams into reality. Your coach will support and guide you through your career search, and will help you prepare for interviews.
No matter where your life takes you after graduation, CMC coaches will always be there to provide advice and guide career transitions.
