Biography

Troy Geesaman teaches business storytelling and executive communication to graduate students as an adjunct professor in the Business Leadership Center at the Cox School. His professional work focuses on translating consumer insights into innovation and business growth strategies.

Geesaman has served as senior vice president of strategy at Seed Strategy and chief strategist at Marco Polo Explorers, advising clients on innovation, brand development and growth. His earlier roles included leading the Discovery Innovation Group at Keurig Dr Pepper and managing brands at McCormick & Company. Across these positions, he has developed research programs, guided product development and worked with teams to translate findings about consumer behavior into business opportunities.

Geesaman earned a master’s degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gettysburg College.
