Biography
Tiffany Yeh brings expertise in retail strategy, consumer markets and organizational transformation to the SMU Cox School of Business. She previously served as a managing director and partner in Boston Consulting Group’s Dallas office, advising retail, fashion, luxury and consumer businesses in the United States and internationally.
At BCG, Yeh’s work encompassed growth strategy, merchandising and category performance, store expansion, labor planning, pricing and large-scale transformation. She also served as the firm’s global marketing lead for retail and North America co-lead for Asian@BCG.
Yeh delivered a keynote address at the 2023 World Retail Congress and has provided commentary on retail issues to the Financial Times, CNBC and Bloomberg. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
