Biography
Clifford Braly III is a certified public accountant whose practice focuses on tax advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, real estate and privately held businesses. His experience includes nearly four decades at Deloitte & Touche, with more than 20 years dedicated to mergers and acquisitions.
At Deloitte, Braly held leadership positions including regional managing partner for M&A transaction services in the Mid-America region and office tax managing partner for the Carolinas practice. His client work spanned energy and natural resources, real estate, manufacturing and consumer businesses. He subsequently established an independent tax advisory practice.
Braly earned a master’s degree in professional accounting and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds a Texas CPA license and has served in leadership roles with the Association for Corporate Growth, including as president of its Dallas/Fort Worth chapter.
