Biography
Benjamin Coulter specializes in customer insights and marketing analytics, using research to inform business decisions across aviation, automotive and retail. His professional background combines consumer research and data visualization, and he brings that expertise to his classroom instruction.
At Southwest Airlines, Coulter’s work includes voice of customer strategy and research supporting customer experience and product decisions. He previously conducted consumer research for Lexus at Toyota Motor North America and managed customer insights at Mizzen+Main, where he worked on website optimization and analytics dashboards. Earlier, he taught mathematics in Dallas ISD through Teach For America, using student performance data to guide curriculum.
Coulter earned an MBA with a focus on marketing and business analytics from the SMU Cox School of Business. He also holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting from the University of Arkansas.
