About
My research is at the interface of nuclear physics and elementary particle physics phenomenology. We perform multi-dimensional chi-squared analyses using precision high energy collider data to produce universal Parton Distribution Functions (PDFs), which encode the dynamics of the strong interaction force (which binds the nucleus) and link the “theoretical” world of quarks and gluons with the “experimental” world of protons and nuclei.
