Data Science Seed Grants

The O’Donnell Data Science and Research Computing Institute (ODSRCI) is currently funding four research projects proposed by SMU faculty that relate to the ODSRCI’s mission. These projects will receive up to 12 months of seed funding from the ODSRCI, after which time the research team will deliver a report summarizing how the funds were spent, what products were generated, and what external funding will be sought or has been obtained to continue the project.
