Current projects include the effect of measurement error in various areas, such as agreement measures, graphical models, and microarray gene expression. I am also working on the use of frequency methods in time series for elucidation of DNA structure and methylation areas. Finally, I am working on methods for predicting performance of swimming/diving and track and field athletes in college using their high school records. This particular project involves obtaining information from the Internet using web-harvesting methods.
