Published in Management Science, Information Systems Research, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, Sloan Management Review, IEEE Computer, Omega, and the Wall Street Journal. Served on editorial boards of Management Science, Information Systems Research, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Electronic Commerce Research, the Information Technology and Management Journal, BISE (the German Journal of Information Systems) and Telecommunication Systems. 2012-2013 President of the INFORMS Information Systems Society.
