Juried Assessment
SMU uses a post-hoc (juried) assessment format to evaluate student assessment work at the end of each collection cycle.
The post-hoc (juried) assessment process is roughly a two-week commitment between late May and mid June each summer. Review our Wiki site for an in-depth description of the participation requirements.
Note: Institutional Planning and Effectiveness (IPE) is required to obtain approval from your dean (faculty) or direct supervisor (staff) before confirming your participation in the post-hoc (juried) assessment process each summer.
