Page image

Overview

Use the page image feature to add an image with an optional caption to a column or section. The image will automatically take up the full-width of the container in which it is placed.

Usage guidelines

• Follow SMU's brand guidelines for photography and imagery.
• Compress images to ensure a fast load time. Pages that load slowly impact search engine ranking and create a poor user experience.
  
  • Full-width images should be no more than 1600 pixels wide.
  • In-page images should be no more than 800 pixels wide.
• Don't embed meaningful text, such as titles, body copy, or event information, in images.
