She have a strong understanding of human-centered design and the end-to-end design process. She believe that the most equitable and effective designs are rooted in research, and She translate qualitative and quantitative research data into meaningful UX design solutions. She also value collaboration with cross-functional team members, as successful design products are created through inclusivity.
